March Overnight Oats of the Month: It’s Ireland so of course we had to celebrate St Patrick’s day with our March oats of the month! Here we have a delicious base for our oats with spinach, whole almonds and dates blended through the almond milk and whey protein mix. This is then topped with desiccated coconut, a homemade blood orange marmalade and a pistachio crumble.

The O.G. – Jumbo oats flakes soaked in a banana, vanilla whey protein and almond milk mix. Finished with raspberries and chia seeds. Can be enjoyed hot or cold for a delicious, filling breakfast!

0% fat Greek yoghurt combined with vanilla whey protein with a raspberry coulis swirl, topped with fresh raspberries, housemade granola and some more of the raspberry coulis.

What’s a Rosti? Sort of like a fancy hash brown, but we make ours with sweet potato, spinach and chorizo. The dish is rounded out with boiled eggs for a healthy protein and fats bump.

Irish salmon darne, marinated overnight in a chilli and ginger glaze, oven baked and served on a bed of stir-fried greens.

One of the O.G. first menu favourites. Created on a cold winter’s night, this is a great dish made to warm you up. Irish lean beef mince, red onion, sweet potato, spinach and spices are all that goes in to this but it makes for a wonderful combination. Top it off with a serving of our harissa and lime yoghurt and you have yourself a winner!

This middle eastern inspired dish combines a delicious tomato based stew and a harissa cous cous. The stew is filled with chicken breast, courgettes, fragrance and flavour. It works so well with the cous cous which has oven roasted courgettes and aubergines tossed through.

Bulgogi is a delicious Korean beef dish that we serve with pak choi, wild rice and our homemade kimchi. The key is in the marinade: Ginger, garlic, soy sauce, apples and more make for tasty times!

Sea Bass fillets marinated overnight in a delicious Thai inspired chilli and lime coating. These are baked in the oven and served alongside roasted garlic baby potatoes and sautéed kale and tenderstem broccoli.

We slow roast our spicy Irish beef brisket for 3 hours and then turn up the heat for another hour to create a delicious crust. This is served atop our red cabbage, kale and sweet potato salad.

Turkey breast mince, red onion, chillies and our homemade curry powder come together for our curried turkey burgers. Served with spicy sweet potato wedges greens and our homemade spicy mango chutney.

We’ve utilised the taste of thai basil, combined it with rocket, carrots, cherry tomatoes and a beautiful thai dressing. Topped off with an oven roasted teriyaki chicken breast. A wonderfully light and interesting dish.
